Serial Number: You should keep Serial Number well on the machine and record the Serial Number of the machine. Only with this serial number, the machine can enjoy the Warranty Policy.

Warranty Period is from the date of shipping or the date of the invoice under normal use and service.

Within Warranty period: We will help to analyze the problem and give repair instruction and deliver free spare parts to the customer for replacing; or We decide to recall the whole instrument (or part of it) back to our company for free repair, the customer is responsible for shipping cost to our company, we are responsible for shipping cost to the customer.

After Warranty period: The customer is responsible for all shipping cost & Customs, and the expenses of repair.

Return Procedures: Any material to be serviced or returned to us, the following procedures should be followed: to obtain authorization from the Sales Staff. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return. The description and value of the return material for Customs Declaration should be confirmed with the Sales Consultant before return.

Note: The warranty policy is negotiable.
